My son has terminal cancer and for the first time someone finally said it right "it is the biggest impact in your life!" I am your number one fan and your newest album is beautiful. My son fights everyday now for the past 8 years and from the chemo he has liver failure. I try to be strong and God has given me so many life lessons I would have never been given. Of course I would rather my baby not go through all the torture but I just have to believe there is a reason and I WONT crumble anymore. Again thank you for the beautiful cd Joanne. Love, Jenn

THIS is why this artist will always have my respect - i am not the biggest fan of her work, but i know a real human spirit when i see one. she is raw, unaffected, and her emotions are in the right place. she is using her craft, gift and platform to do real change. meanwhile madonna is still opening her legs, and gyrating her mid-century hips trying to stay relevant. and the other sexbots are trying to do the same. stay real stay true, lady gaga

I love Gaga so much. She stands for the important things, other celebrities wouldn't even talk about. She's a good friend. Whenever I listen to Grigio Girls, I remember this interview and how important my friends are to me. 💞 it's okay to cry together, it helps u more than crying alone. I am Brazilian. Everything Lady Gaga touches becomes poetry, her voice, her songs are pure magic.

A teacher I was very close to in high school passed away during my first semester of college. She had stage 4 melanoma. When I heard she passed I broke down and didn't know what to do because she was the first person I told when I got accepted into college and the next day in class she surprised me with all my favorite candy. I miss her more and more each and everyday.

This just broke my heart. 😔😔 My best friend likely has late stages of Cervical Cancer. It took way too long to find it, and it's most likely spread throughout her body. 💔 I didn't know this song was about that. I just bought the album. Thanks so much for making this song Gaga. We're waiting on more tests to find out how far gone it is. 😢

Update: Sonjia sadly passed away. GAGA got a call while filming A Star Is Born and was told Sonjia was not doing so good. GAGA immediatly left the movie set and went to see her. Sadly she died 10 minutes before GAGA got there. GAGA and Sonjia didn’t get to say goodbye. :,(
