I'm on low impact. And I started dancing again recently and your dances are so amazing for that. Easy to modify if you can't bend your knees.

I have this as part of my dance workout playlist. My playlist has 20 of your videos. I do them just about everyday. I do half of them, take a bit of a break, then do the last 10 and this video is when I know that I can take a little break when I am finished. I find them very fun to do. With all 20 videos my workout is an hour and fifteen minutes.
