I love Trijntje raspy, warm, soulful voice. Berget and Edsilia both great soul sisters. Candy is a beauty and a beast on the sax. Glennis is a force of nature.

Glennis Grace is the greatest today, but all these women are BADASS! And what about this band?? The band is LIT! And Candy! Whoa!

One of the world's best women's groups. Who also seem to like each other very much and give the audience happiness and warmth. Many times one cries with happiness over their song and performance. Trijntje (sings everything fantastically well), Berget (Soul Queen and gospel princess), Edsilia (the humorist who can sing like Dame Shirley Bassey), Glennis (better than Whitney Houston? Said Simon Cowell.) and Candy (the sexophonist, sorry the saxophonist, along with the others take us to the top of the music world.) I think Candy is radio controlled with all the antennas on her back.

That's Trijntje Oosterhuis... She left this fabulous group in 2017 to continue her solo-career and to make more time for her kids and husband.... such a pitty, because she really belonged there with the Ladies...! A great singer, just the like the rest of them! They are really Dutch Pride!

Este concierto de 1990 en España es uno de mis favoritos de todos los tiempos. Dionne se esforzó más de lo normal durante todo el concierto, y su voz era inusualmente fuerte y clara esa noche. Este concierto es también el más reciente que le he escuchado hacer el legendario popurrí de 23 canciones, y ella lo logró tan fácil y confiadamente como lo hizo en Park West diez años antes.
