Another fun fact: Lada produced wankel engines for the needs of the KGB, the Soviet traffic police and for the small aircrafts between 1975 - 2001. The twin rotor powered wankel engines (VAZ-413) produced 140 hp, accelerated from 0 - 100 in 9s and the maximum speed was 180 km/h. Another fact: Lada introduced the fuel injection system for the Zhigulis (VAZ-2104, VAZ-2105 and VAZ-2107) only for the export markets in the late 80s throughout the mid 90s. They only came with a mono injection with the central injection being manufactured by GM, but later in the early 2000s fuel injected Zhigulis in Russia came with distributed injection manufactured by Bosch and Siemens covering EURO-2 and EURO-3 emission standards. Lada continued to produce carburetted Zhigulis until 2006/07.

Now, where can I get a RHD for the uK :) If you have any info on the colours that were available, that would be interesting as a part 2 of your video. I have seen some interesting original colours, when travelling across RU/UA/BL

Thanks! I think I am done with these videos - it was a good try-out experience. For the colors - it was quite popular in soviet times to re-paint the car with any color possible (the color you get), but also check this chart: ibb.co/q9nw2J1 (2103 was from 72 to 84)
