As a diesel mechanic for 43 years, anytime you have black smoke, the engine is either starving for air or flooding with fuel !!! Nice show. Thank you . God bless you all !!! Eddy

Love watching you guys . I am 62 now and on disability due to Covid. I had several cars and trucks. I had to sell them but would love to have my 1962 Chevy II or my 1949 Chevy truck. But can’t afford now so I just watch your show. Enjoy the ride when your young

according to gale Banks if they blow coal that is Horse Power wasted if running correctly very little smoke comes out of them

I know it's kind of a "thing" these days, but... I, for one don't see the fascination with the whole burnout thing... Especially the stationary ones. Seems kinda like drag racing without the commitment... LOL

The Lodestar was a very nice build but not an old school build. Just a frame swap. To me old school build is something built like 60s and 70's but that is just me.
