Yes. Apply it three times. Let it dry to a tacky state. Lay it down with an elastic band and dry with a blowdryer. It'll stick perfectly for about a week or 2

It was only used to lay the baby hairs and set the lace while it dries.

Ashley Phillips yes you can! Just clean it like how you usually would. she just cuts that so that when you lay it you won’t see the white tabs on the closure
