Thank you for the informative lecture you have given. I really liked your second example on arriving 50 crew in 1,000 sq.m work. Although in theory is correct, this leads me to think on, what would be the arrangement of crew in lay outing these tiles, assuming the crew cant step on the finished laid tiles by them or the other crew, considering the area of 1,000 sq.m to be a square. Can anyone solve the puzzle ? :D ..

I'm guessing, if it's a square, teams can start in the middle of the square or from the 4 corners and tile their way inwards

at 12:44, Isn't it 1000 m2 divided by 20 m2/day will yield to 50 days? which doesn't make sense?

There are several ways to find out productivity of various labor categories / activities. But the most reliable source in my opinion is the one that you have witnessed yourself. 👍
