I usually do not comment I am a silent religious viewer I have followed you religiously on instagram as well I LOVE the way you are as an indivisual human and also as muzammil's wife. I adore and admire both of you indivisually and also as a couple, your relationship inspires me. In this podcast I realised how much women in our society and my family have been sabotaged. MashaAllah you are intellectual and previliged enough to talk about postpartum journey and how it affected you mentally but most of the women in our society or in my life were not even given the space to recognise they are going through something so difficult and if they did recognise it they were not allowed to vent out because other women will put them down with heart wrenching and nerve wrecking sentences like "Tum anokhi ho jisne bachey paida kiya hein?". This is hitting me so hard at this moment that women have been treated like baby making machines for so many years, I hope this change and I am hopeful because of YOU. Because you have given voice to so many mothers out there you have put into words what women have felt for ages and were called out for being "too much of a drama" if they vent it out. THANKYOU SO MUCH HUMNA.

My heart is so relax it feels like you give voice to my feelings .While figuring it out the old me,I usually end up with depression, but it does get better by the time. This postpartum journey is not easy . It’s been five months and effects are there. I would like you to discuss more things because only a mother can really understand this journey. More power to you humna. You’re always an inspiration for me.

So relatable, just had my baby a month ago and could relate so much to the struggles you faced as I'm going through the same these days, especially the fear of nights like you mentioned. Seeing you here gives me hope that I can still create content and I don't have to be confined in my bedroom because of exclusive pumping because that's all I seem to be doing these days. 🥲

So happy to see back Humna api 🥺 As you aren’t that active on instagram like you used to be, I missed you so much & you talking to us. I love the way you talk, slowly & calming, it’s so therapeutic. Congratulations for the success of season 1, need to catch up on it though. Loved listening to it, all those stories were motivational & inspiring. All the very best for this season, I am super duper excited for it 🥰 For the solo episodes, I think you giving recommendations on movies/Netflix stuff/music/books would be a good idea. Or maybe giving your opinion on different issues girls face. Last but definitely not the least, I wanna say I am really proud of you for facing it & sharing your story of motherhood + postpartum. So many women can relate to you, this comments section is full of them. Thank you for being a voice for them. You are doing so well, mashallah. I hope & pray that you find your ground again and find your identity besides being a mother. Sending lots of love & prayers from Australia ♥️

Hey... So good to have happy chirp back. Well a suggestion is to have a psychiatrist to talk abt postpartum to help new moms figure stuff out and may be know when to seek help. My baby is MA 9 month old but m still clueless. I feel m not even good at the mom thing. I get frustrated within minutes n ufffff m a mess. Its like i wasnt made to be mom. 😔
