The story is very similar to a TV serial "Do Saheliyan" aired very years back.

Sorry Komal ji, please correct yourself this is not a very new story. This the story of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore with the name 'Naukadubi'.Dilip Kumar acted in the 1946 movie 'Milan' , Ramanand Sagar's 60's 'Ghooghat' , Rishi Kapoor's ' 'Paraya Ghar' all are based on the same old story even sen sisters 2011 released movie with same name ' Naukdubi' was also adaption of this story. All the above movies were inspired by Gurudeb's story so as recently released' Lapata Ladies' of course the treatment is different.😊😀
