This 50 sqft shop is occupied. It is not his own. And he doesn't pay rent. Now he will sell this shop anyone with minimum 1 cr as per current valuation of this area. But owner will not get a single penny. Income tax already raided here got money but he paid some amount to the official and got released. He is my neighbour I know everything about him. Request to everyone don't eat his kochuri as it is highly unhygienic.
