How to go to La Union? 🚌
🔸Option 1: Partas Bus in Aurora Cubao- They have trips to La Union from 9AM to 11PM daily. Bus fare is 596. Ticket reservation is from 7AM to 2PM only. Travel time is 5 hours. For Inquiries, you can call their Cubao Station hotline: 09178193909
🔹Option 2: Dominion Bus in Aurora Cubao- They have trips to La Union from 9AM to 11:45PM. They offer affordable fare to ELYU for only 507 pesos. For Inquiries, you can call their hotline at 09229275380.

Where to stay in La Union? 🏩🏡
🔸Costa Villa Beach Resort- We booked an air-conditioned room for 2 pax with queen size bed and free breakfast for only 1,500 in Agoda. They have good reviews in Agoda and I recommend it because it is so close to the beach and just few minutes walk to the main road. It is easy to find since it is located right behind Kabsat hotel & restaurant. Watch our vlog by clicking on the link below to see the actual video of their room.
🔹 RedDoorz Hostel Monaliza Surf Resort- We stayed here last year and we booked a room for 2 pax for only 1,900 in Booking.com. They offer one of the cheapest rooms in La Union but you won’t regret your stay here because they are located in the beach front and so close to the surfing area in La Union. They have a locker area with padlocks where you can leave your belongings if you arrive earlier than your check in time.
How to go back to Manila? 🚌
Just take a tricycle for 150 pesos per trip and they will drop you off to Partas or Dominion bus terminal. You can also take a jeepney for only 15 pesos. Partas Bus from La Union to Cubao is only 518 pesos.

Hello po. Wala po ako nakitang nagbebenta ng fruit juice sa may beach. Pero baka sa mga stores po sa roadside meron 🙂

Yes, walk-in lang kami nung pauwi na from La Union. Hourly yung trips nila kaya hindi kami nahirapan bumili ng ticket pabalik ng Manila.

Morning po nung mismong araw ng byahe namin kami pumunta sa bus terminal para bumili ng ticket. 11:45 PM yung bus na kinuha namin.
ano pong vaccine requirements? ok lang po ba yung 1st dose and 2nd dose without booster?

Wala na pong vaccine requirement. Hindi naman hinanap sa hotel or sa bus station

Doon na po mismo kayo ibababa malapit sa beach. Binaba kami sa unahan lang konti ng 7 eleven sa La Union at naglakad nalang kami papunta ng Costa Villa. Sabihan nyo lang po yung driver na sa San Juan La Union surf spot kayo bababa. :)

Nagpareserve din po kami sa Dominion bus. Pumunta kami ng umaga at nagpareserve ng upuan para sa byahe kinagabihan. Mas maganda magpareserve ng ticket para sure na may seats kayo kasi madaming pasahero lalo na ngayong summer. 🙂

Yung Partas po may online booking sila. Yung Dominion wala silang online kailangan mo pumunta sa terminal nila. Try nyo po magbook online sa Partas para less hassle.

Wala pong view kasi hindi sya beach front. Pero walking distance to the beach sya at mura which is why we decided to stay there.

Just bring at least one valid ID. Humihingi yung mga hotel dun ng ID upon checkin. Hindi na din naman sila ganun kastrict sa requirements pero bring your vaccination card na din just in case hanapin.

Hi, you can just say na papunta ka ng surfing spot alam na nila yun. O kaya sabihin mo Kabsat Restaurast para sure since nasa beachfront sila. Pero kami kasi nilakad lang namin. Hindi naman ganun kalayo.

Dominion bus din sinakyan namin papunta ng San Juan La Union. Binaba kami sa unahan lang ng konti ng 7 eleven. Nagiisang 7 eleven lang yun sa Elyu. Tapos nilakad nalang namin papuntang beach sice malapit lang.
