This was an interesting point in her career. I always think that after MR LaToya began to decline in terms of growth and change. I remember that Jermaine went to see her at the MR and there are several pictures of them embracing backstage. I always found it sad that MJ never did reconnect with La Toya until 2002. Well over a decade had passed (closer to 13 years I think) until they reunited. I understand the allegations and such. But at the same time...they always seemed so close. At times I think that MJ was close to no one in his family after leaving home in 1988/1989. Even Janet admitted that with his fame he was not the MJ they all knew. Thanks for the upload.

I remember that, I used to think the same too with MJ. I remember seeing pics of Toya & MJ during the 2002 -04 era when they were out and about shopping with his kids

This was a great point in her career. It’s too bad that her contract had ended too early, I think this show would have brought her great success.

As much as I love LJ she isn’t someone that can do something for the long haul. I think that’s been evident in her career time and time again. Touring isn’t her thing. A residency isn’t either.

@@stephenfdb good point. I know they tore up her contract because she had to cancel shows because of illness. I wonder if that was due to the abuse.

@@Vf46 more than likely, I wouldn't want to be her make up artist during that time period.

she looks alot better without the heavy makeup she usually wore during this Era. it's just the eyebrows that always gets me lol ( I call it the Little Richard Pancake Make Up )
