you're doing somethings that are really working well. while describing how each dish is made you taste it and i nearly taste it myself nearly 4000 miiles west of you. i knew Montreal is cultured, but not that cultured and tasty. keep up the canadian ingenuity and communication, you're helping bring this great nation together coast to coast to coast to coast (whoops one too many coasts, well a Seaway in the mix as well). bravo.
