The apartment is cheap because it's in the middle of nowhere with no infrastructure, that's why most of the properties are empty, nobody wants to live there.

Not true. 44 semi-detached properties + 5 apartments sold last year and now less than 12 are for sale and all apartments sold or reserved. I can understand you might not want to live there but many people are absolutely delighted to live there. There is a nice and healthy neighbourhood, peaceful, tranquil, great for kids and it does have some bars and a small shop. They come on the market and the cheap ones get reserved within a week, prices are going up non-stop, one more bar just opened up and there is a plan to open up a big supermarket.
