They just try to be positive, and share that with the people who are going to suffer due to illness and some invasive medical treatments. Would you prefer they let them a negative impression, adding even more stress to the one already felt ? You seem to be a negative person, please never do a job in the healthcare system. Nobody needs people like you.

@@IRACEMABABU But this nodding with in rhytm with everything they say does not look nice. It looks more like hypnotical manipulation to make people accept everything they say without critical thinking. IIn many cases, I think this is a strategy they have learned and use with purpose.
