I loved his character as Dr. Chilton in Hannibal, he was so good!!! I am Mexican but born and raised in the US, so I speak Spanish. I had no idea what his name is and as soon as I saw it was Raúl Esparza, I was like “HE’S FUCKING LATINO, HOW DID I NOT NOTICE?!!” I realized he was Cuban and I instantly looked up interviews to see how fluent he was, God was I in for a pleasant surprise! Then I realized he sang and I was so intrigued with his Hallelujah performance, it was so unique, theatrical and passionate!!!!♥️And now that I hear him sing in Spanish, I see he has a beautiful charm. I loved his character as Dr. Chilton in Hannibal, he was so good!!! I am Mexican but born and raised in the US, so I speak Spanish. I had no idea what his name is and as soon as I saw it was Raúl Esparza, I was like “HE’S FUCKING LATINO, HOW DID I NOT NOTICE?!!” I realized he was Cuban and I instantly looked up interviews to see how fluent he was, God was I in for a pleasant surprise! Then I realized he sang and I was so intrigued with his Hallelujah performance, it was so unique, theatrical and passionate!!!!♥️And now that I hear him sing in Spanish, I see he has a beautiful charm. I am now starting to fall for him. Te amo Raúl!!!!! Cantas PRECIOSO😍Creo que estoy enamorada de tí💘

Mi respeto para este señor. Es una verdadera estrella de Broadway y en este video tiene la humildad de retomar sus raíces,, dar la entrevista en su lengua materna y cantar un bolero emblemático de su tierra natal. Wow. Eso pocos pueden hacerlo.
