    @@TheMulToyVerse definitely not a dig at Cody, he’s definitely earned where he is at now with grace, he really been building his own legacy on the indies, rebuilt himself to be marketable in the wwes branding and contributed more to wrestling as a whole more than almost anybody in WWE currently. He’s definitely a man with lineage, but he definitely wasn’t handed everything, he’s earned and deserves everything. (Cody Rhodes career is an example of when Vince McMahon doesn’t like your family, and has a grudge with one member, but their own talent is undeniable.)

  • @MacStatic

    I’d say Roman’s in ring work is lacking but has gotten much better on the mic. I will also say that there are much better talent than him but he’s also not a talentless hack. That being said, any one of the top guys would make a much better and much more marketable champion

  • @TheMulToyVerse

    @TheMulToyVerse

    6 ай бұрын

    @@MacStatic I feel that Roman isn’t as limited as he’s portrayed, but rather that his character doesn’t NEED a vast moveset His reign was built on the fact that he’s got the physical frame that Vince dreams of, though he’s not as jacked as he has been in the past though he looks like he has a lot more presence if that makes sense, but he’s also not out of shape by any stretch If he didn’t have Heyman and his stablemates, then I think this title run would’ve been over almost 2 years ago, but I think he would’ve held it at least 1 other time by now in that same span of time I actually want Lashley to regain or Drew… not because I think they are more marketable; they aren’t… but they *look* like champions. They just look right holding the title overhead With that said, I 100% would be ok with Orton having a few months with it or a few weeks with Styles… but Cody needs it at Mania. It’s not because he needs it to solidify his legacy or to prove he belongs… his legacy is undeniable and he *absolutely* belongs… I just feel it’s the epitome of longterm storytelling accidentally done right (there’s zero chance that Vince knew back then what would/could happen when he undid Dusty’s win all those decades ago) I want Cody to win at Mania, and then I want him to reintroduce the appropriate title that his family was denied… I don’t want CM Punk to get it quite yet, but maybe in Q3… and then I want Knight to reach that mountain top, *YEAH!* Maybe a 3 month run… I think he’s best suited as a threat to a champion rather than ~as~ a champion, but at least 3 months to see what they can do with the character… then maybe pass it on to someone like Gunther or Priest (I’m presuming he’ll fail with his cash-in and will pursue a singles run for a championship (still holding ties to Judgement Day, but not being a featured member… I dunno…)

I said...I've watched wrestling all my life, this guy has it all...from the silver tongue, to the moves, the look, to the attitude. ...... I'm very happy for him, I hope he's around for a long time.

I liked EC3 as well WWE really screwed that guy over didn't even let the guy cut a promo and he was good at it not Eli Drake good but he's pretty decent at it, apparently he's the NWA world champion now so I'm glad hes doing well in another promotion.
