YES. HE SHOULD. Let's face it. Cody's (Stardust) story is all bullshit. son of a legend Dusty, held gold in WWE before, now if his story was real he had so many chances of completing his story by beating Seth Rollins on RAW, but no. The real story should've been a guy that took 20years just to get to the WWE. Even Without a push in 1 year he topped the merch sales for months. He's proven himself in the ring, on the mic, in a main event. The real story to be completed is LA Knights story.

How would you feel if you were coworkers with Cody and that's his excuse?. I thought both titles are equal. Top belts for both brands. Nepotism has to end in wrestling

Bray was gone the whole time LA Knight was on the main roster….. Those people you said were “claiming they were best friends” actually worked with him for years and saw him almost every day for years. LA Knight wasn’t there until the end. Along with that he also said he isn’t one to go “out of his way” to talk to everyone, so odds are he probably never really tried to talk to Bray.

Nah I think that train has left the station the creative and us fans were making it happen and he woulda got it even beat Roman for it however he keeps failing....he stutters during promos and loses confidence and he's a good ring worker but I'm not saying he needs to be a highflyer or anything but even in ring he doesn't give us 5star matchs we all want him to make it but I'm starting to see all the cracks and its just a matter of time before we all say "we love u dude ur great and we so sorry but ur not the guy we thought u were" I think we shoulda let it happen organically but as fans we put a microscope and spotlight on the guy and its not working just like Seth told Punk, LA Knight is almost exposing himself infront of r eyes 😢😢 we had high expectations for him but could he go toe to toe with Miz on a mic? (NO) could he tag with Cena go against bloodline and prove he was best person in the ring (NO) jimmy ran circles around his work, I been actually lately trying to find a match where I could honestly say he outworked whoever he performed against and I can't find it...even when he sat at head of table and interrupted Roman's entrance that was his chance dude that was the moment!!!! And he sat there and start stuttering and got all corny and its like dam dude!

Had about a minute. Kinda flubbed the ending (I'm assuming he was getting used to L.A. Knight) but still. I didn't know who he was, but I knew he was someone. So I went and looked it up. I was a fan since that day. His feud with Grimes over the Million Dollar Belt/Teddy's respect was great. And his being on the same side as Gargano and Ciampa was pretty cool. Even though he came in near the end of the Black and Gold era. Unfortunately their loss marked the end of the B&G era, even though the writing was on the wall, I was still pulling for the good guys (despite them kinda being portrayed as the heels?)

@juliemillington9907 The fact of matter is LA Knight is half face and half heel. He's a face with heel aura.

I'm a huge LA Knight backer. If I were a wrestling booker, he would be the main champion. For whatever reason, despite having more charisma in his little finger than the majority of wrestlers today and being solid in the ring, he just never really got his big break in WWE until he was almost 40 which is a shame. I've followed Knight's career dating back to his time on the California indies and he has always entertained me. But apparently the WWE higher-up's don't agree even with the fan reaction Knight gets and he is just pretty much stuck being a solid face for the upper card.

I already see it. The night after 'Mania 40. Cody standing there with the WWE Undisputed Championship after defeating Roman. Cena standing there with the IC Championship (the only title he never got) after defeating GUNTHER. LA Knight standing there with the US Championship after defeating Logan Paul. And heel CM Punk standing there with the Heavyweight Championship, after stealing it from Rollins.

He's been programmed with Waller and Jimmy Uso in the weeks since he lost to Reigns. Reigns being part-time is what has killed him because he's basically into a holding pattern for months. This is AEW fan level response. Punk to blame for everything, even though he's going to be on Raw it's his fault Knight is reduced on Smackdown. Pretty sure Knight had Covid recently as well. And the Survivor Series War Games match was basically all Raw talent.

I'm worried he's going to fall into the Adam Rose, Austin Theory, or Fandango types. Big push, high hopes, and then it just stops. EDIT: Many questions wondering how people like Rose were pushed. Rose and others do not need a title to get a push. A push can come in different forms (TV time, appearance and gimmick, vignettes, entrance, costume detail, etc.) and for Rose, it came in the form of having a gimmick that included the audience. It might have been a silly gimmick, and it was, but it was there. Much more time and energy was invested into Rose and Fandango than I see in many performers today.

Let’s be honest, this man was super over. But hhh decided to not push him and then decided theyd have him beat miz and then instantly lose to Roman as a way to give him a “main event push.” Now with wrestlemania here, Roman, Seth, Cody, cm punk, Randy, Drew, Jey, Priest and will take center stage and there isn’t room for LA knight.

  • @Gamblestein

He'll make room. They never had plans for him. He forced his way through the door. Think he should've had a program with Logan Paul by now, but maybe they are saving that for his first title win.

You guys just like to worry about nothing. He lost against Roman, now he has to take a back seat and rebuild himself again. Just like randy will lose to roman at ramble and he too will begin to take a back seat since we expect somehow Cody to be challenging roman again for mania. LA will probably fued with aj until mania which is great for him. And I have no doubt he will be among the finalist at the ramble, so no his push is still there, it just isn't time for a championship run yet

Wish I could plant a bug in ears. The way McIntyre is going nuts at bloodline.. Knight should be jumping bloodline all the time too. Interfering with matches and promos.. etc.. McIntyre too . And McIntyre/knight needs to get in each other's way and should have one of those "common goal feuds/partnerships". Like they should reluctantly work together to take down bloodline but should want the glory for themselves and screw each other over etc
