Clever Paper (Umbum) makes this one. CubicFun also makes the same model in almost the same scale. They're both nice, but I think this one is slightly better, as the card is textured.

Well. Actually, there are two models like this in the market. One is from CubicFun puzzles and the other is from UMBUM 3D puzzles. The two models are very similar, maybe the CubicFun model is the best known for all, but the UMBUM model has more details and more quality (That's my personal opinion). If you want to buy one of them, both are selling right now in Amazon. My very best wishes to you
