All bills included, its not a hotel so no room cleaning, do that yourself or arrange it with the host vis airbnb

Thank you for this. I just booked with Desmond for a week in October, not sure it's the same room, but it looks very similar to his pictures. Either way, your video has just increased my anticipation for my upcoming vacation.

Hola Scott Great review ta. I’m thinking of renting there long-term, but I just wondered how well soundproofed the units are. I tend to find newer places tend to not be so good. Did you have any noise issues?

I didn’t notice any issues in La Casita well above average compared to some I have been in,maybe rent for a couple of weeks via air bnb to see if they work for you first..

Thanks for making this video. Question: What about noise? Did you hear a lot of noise? Because it is a "family friendly" place, I would be worried about kids and families making too much noise in the interior area where the pool is or if they live on top of the room where I am staying.

I am pretty sure you would have zero problems with that,Hua Hin is more of a retirement location I don’t recall seeing kids there anyway

Looks close to soi 94 and shopping centre?

Yep,5 minutes walk to either 94 or Blueport et.

Are the rates better if you have a long stay? 2 or 3 months

Some of the studios could be one bedroomed with just that glass partition,I guess it is getting busier now so more are booked up
