Header is of 4 bytes and not 8 bytes. If it's 8 then total bits would account to 64 bits Since it's 32 bits, therefore header is of 4 bytes

Even I had Same doubt and I referred textbook it is 8 bytes I think 4 bytes are used for other purpose
