sir if DPSPs are not justiciable then how can SC held violation of article 50 at first place in NJAC case ? maybe because it comes under basic structure doctrine ?

Dpsp means the state should work acc to them so when exe works against dpsp it's violative of the main aim of dpsp

Yes because in keshvanand Bharti case it was held that amendment using article 368 cannot be done if it effects the basic structure doctrine nd since in NJAC in da process of judges appointment there was too much interface of executives in the judicial system which in turn can effect protection of law under article 14 nd ds is a part of Basic structure doctrine so in the end with 4:1 majority SC declared NJAC null nd void nd restored Collegium System

Sir if the DPSP is non justiciable then artical 38 talk about justice social, economic,and political it is written in preamble also so preamble is basis structure of constitution violation of basic structure is justiciable so it is also be a justiciable
