It's still up because it is so horrible to watch that not enough traffic is generated so as to be noticed for it to get taken down. And as for why it looks so bad has nothing to do with avoiding detection to begin with. What you are looking at is an actual recording of a TV. Not a TV recording. This individual has actually filmed a TV set that has QI playing on it.

Went to see the guy in hospital... still hasn’t had sex with his wife. Next visit, reports of success. What sort of visiting do they have in this hospital? And sex so soon after amputations? This is a delightfully weird story :)
