ለዘተወልደ ወረብ ዘጥምቀት ወልደት።

ለዘተወልደ እምቅድስት ድንግል ምንተ ንብሎ ናስተማስሎ ለመድኃኒነ፣
አርዌ ገዳምኑ አንበሳ ወሚመ ወሚመ ከራድዮን።

What can we say of Him that was born of the Holy Virgin, with what can we liken Him to; beast of the desert, the lion? Or the Caladirus bird?
ካብ ቅድስት ድንግል ዝተወልደ እንታይ ክንብሎ፡ ክንምስሎ ንመድሓኒና። እንስሳ ገዳምዶ፡ ኣንበሳ ወይ ዖፍ (ከራድዮን ዝበሃል ዖፍ)።
ከቅድስት ድንግል ማርያም የተወለደውን ምን ብለን እንጠራዋለን መድኃኒታችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስን በምን እንመስለዋለን በዱር እንስሳ ነውን? ወይስ ከራድዮን በሚባል ወፍ ነውን።
