Real answer is that she didn't capitalize on her success when this got popular. I think the extra attention was a lot to handle and she pulled away from the spotlights that were on her.

Since everyone is obsessed with how they got here i was roller skating in Venice Beach and this was faintly playing from a little shop on the boardwalk. I pulled out my phone and shazam'd it and that's how i got here.

I love her voice, very emotional song, so many years and I love it the same, never get tired of this and she's very smart because she did her own audio effects which made it sound like a duet or collaboration. Wonderful song from Lapsley, she's amazing, she's very underrated to me, she deserves more.

It's so rare to find songs that you make it easy for you to feel what is being portrayed, even without understanding or knowing the lyrics. To just be able to vibe and connect with the artist through the music alone is beautiful. Best of luck to you.

Certeza que quando eu chegar na minha casa irei deitar e ouvir essa música novamente até dormi. Uma música que traz uma vaibe tão boa… enfim curte sempre esse comentário pra eu sempre vim ouvir novamente. Incrível que essa música tem 9 anos e nunca cheguei a ouvir, irei aproveitar bem ela.
