I'm vegan so I can't wait to make these! It will go with so many other foods that I eat for my main meal in the evening. I'm sure I could also have them for breakfast with ketchup. This is healthy food that is versatile you can do almost anything you want to with it but feeding the homeless and poor children is the best thing you can do with it.
