Aloo Pakoda Crispy Snack
Potato Fritters can be easily made with quick in time. It's a must-try recipe for kids and adults also.
Ingredients:
Take Potato and Remove Skin and Slice all the Potatoes in Water then Remove in Dry Cloth and Tap and Dry Properly
2 no - Potato
Batter:
2 Cup - Besan
1/4 Cup - Rice Atta
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp - Hing
1 tsp - Ajwain
1/4 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp - Chilli Flakes
1 tsp - Green Chilli Chopped
2 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
1+ 3/4 Cup - Water (As Required )
Make a Batter and Whisk till Color Change then add
2 tbsp - Hot Oil
and Mox again and Make a Pakoda
fry them Golden in Medium Flame and Serve
