But yes people should be encouraged to do what they want. there are people who cleared IAS and then left it do entrepreneurship. There are people who had business at 21 then become civil servant at 29. Our destiny always pulls us but it gets realized if we do hard work.

I had similar experiences with my wife. She often felt disappointed with how people judged her, and me at times also underestimated her capabilities. The reality is, she is a better time manager and in general a efficient worker than me. We need to come out of patriarch mindset and start appreciating people based on their talents rather than their gender!

out of all the sharks who spoke on josh talks, this talk was the most valuable since i feel she was transparent and spoke from her heart. Moreover the 'guilt' part in mothers / women was explained so well by her. Truly an inspiration!
Namita you hit me hard.. ❤️ I am a CA achieved everything in life but still people are not taking me seriously and making me feel guilty when I chose my own decisions and my dreams...
I can relate mam.. I became as CA at a very young age , was a topper throughout my school life.. but I haven't been able to dare enough to try my hands on something else other than job
Do what you love and you can get whatever want. 1 self respect 2 business thought 3 work experience 4 work for people 5 questioning 6 time management 7 observation the environment 8 create you future yourself 9

1.dont be guilty of giving time to ur work ur child and to ur priority. 2. Be selfish or I must say be self centred. 3.Ask for healp from frnds nd family ,they want help u and they are around to make ur life easy . 4.Dont try to make every one happy or don't try to be perfact,let the things flow in its own way . 5.Dont play blam game ,it's ur life and you are responsible for all the goods and bads of it .

Namita mam extremely motivative talk,if people apply the points which you have highlighted then naturally there won't be any obstacles in their life.
On 11:18 has happened same thing with me, so this doesn't happens only with women, it happens with every person on earth. So don't worry what others say, do what you feel good and reply them by the results.
She is also a good speaker, everthing that she has said all was corelative and unique things like a different and more satisfying explanation on selfishness.

The fact that women are supposed to work 2-3* harder, earn money outside, do domestic work ,not beflamboyant and raise kids and be devoted to her family is in itself a disparity. Women should not work extra hard or fight for equality but be smart enough to divide the workload and be demanding and assertive.
