Yes POs are getting 4 additional increment in basic from the starting.

What your opinion regarding This test if someone who is already working in rrb or psb and he will join sbi and then by chance he will fail in confirmation exam than sbi terminate him. So we join it or not. ?

​@@dilipmali2618No, until any major misconduct or behaviour. In no other case candidate rejected. You get multiple chance. Basically Bank want their staff must know the product of bank basic so any why assessment test is there.
