In this video I have explained the topic Phrase and its types. Phrase and its types in Urdu has been explained in very simple words. phrase and its types with examples is an important topic from grammar. It was a request from the subscribers that "Phrase and its types" are to be fully explained. First of all I explained what is a Phrase. After explaining Phrase I explained five types of Phrases. The Phrase has five types of Phrase. Noun Phrase, adjective Phrase, Adverb Phrase, verb Phrase and prepositional Phrase. I explained all kinds of phrases in Urdu language. I explained all the Types of Phrases in an easy way. Sometimes it is termed as Phrases and its kinds. kinds of phrase and phrase types.

    Noun Clause. Most noun clauses act as a subject or object. Here it is the object of the verb feel.

    Dear friend. AP sentence ma ye Daikin kih sentence ma ye function kistarh karta hy. Big dog, ya black dog sa Matlab hy (DOG). Dog aik noun hy. Lehaza big dog ya black dog dono noun phrase hy. Second method ye hy noun phrase malum karny ka kih Noun phrase ya as a subject ata hy ya as an object.

    No. She gave him..........? Gave him what... a cake... A sweet cake. As (a big sweet cake) functions as a noun in this sentence it is therefore a noun phrase

    @@shaz174 My dear, A phrase is a group of words. This group of words doesn't give a complete sense. The group may consist of two, three , four or more words but it will never give a complete sense. He is going to Lahore. Here (is going) is a group of words and it performs the work of a verb so it is a verb phrase. If used alone it can't give full sense. The sentence ( it is a piece of cake) is not a phrase. ( A piece of cake ) is a phrase. ( I read a book) or ( I read many books). In it ( a book) or (many book) is a noun phrase.

    @@shaz174 very slowly and very quickly are phrases when used in a sentence. Examples He walks very slowly. In it ( very slowly) is an adverb phrase because the group of words ( very slowly) acts as an adverb in this sentence.
