No one in the iem space is more passionate and underrated than Akros.

Just received my unit and ordered it based on your review. I have been listening to the ZS10 Pro 2 for the past hour and I’m amazed by its potential! My favourite switch tuning setup is the UDDD! I’m surprised by the amount of bass they can offer and to be honest after enjoying the DosCinco and the SL41 (also got them based on your recommendation and others), I’ve included this KZ set into my rotation. At 50$, one of the best under 100$, for sure (at least for my type of music)

Not sure why the ZSN Pro 2 didn't get much attention. For $14 is pretty good. The ZS10 Pro X has been selling for as low $18, with discount less than $15. Have one on the way. :) Also ordered the TRN ST7. That I have a hunch that will be shouty or have more of a metallic timbre. For second it was on sale for $20.99, $16.50 after discounts, for that price it seems worth trying. Hopefully some mods will retune it nicely. Hope Akros eventually reviews it. I will pass on the AS16 Pro X because I'm happy with the AS16 Pro. Prefer the extra bass driver over a tweeter driver on the X version. The OG AS16 Pro is great with Wavelets AutoEQ. I get a warm sound with still very good sound separation, not much BA timbre. Haven't found a good upgrade yet...

There is an other black version that has higher impedance not this X one.Nobody speaks how it compares with the green.This x is the third version I think

I was told to get that V2, but was not able to find it. It supposedly fixes the 1k peak.

Agree with AS16 pro, I'm using 30 ohm adaptor n getting tht extra details in high region with very good bass extend. I can hear d difference after using d adaptor. Sometimes I go with AS10 pro over letshoeur S12 such a quality I got after using adaptor.😊😊

Good review, will be waiting for a comparison between this Zs10 pro 2 and new Trn St7. Rhapsody won't fit my ear unfortunately, but I still want to try hybrid iem with deep sub-bass and airy treble.

They apparently removed the extra bass BA on the AS16 Pro X, which I think was a mistake, it definitely often finds itself missing the bass of the AS16 Pro. They swung too far with the X, they needed to land somewhere between the pro X and the pro. But at least it makes the Pro X complimentary to the Pro, I tend to use it for fps gaming, but I would defo reach for the AS16 Pro for most everything else...

I really like the ZSN Pro 2, I feel like it was the first KZ hybrid with enough polish to put it "over the top" into the realm of banger budget sets instead of just decent. I liked the Rhapsody too but maybe it's just my music (heavy metal); I felt like the driver macro-detail and transients on the ZSN Pro2 were stronger than the Rhapsody, which had better micro-detail but lost out otherwise, so I didn't keep the Rhapsody despite liking it. My other favorites are the original versions of CRA and PR2. I have the Castor as well and would like to try one of the mods you mentioned on it!

If you had to choose between the ZSN Pro 2 and Castor (Bass), which one would you pick? Use cases: Music listening (mainly hiphop), casual gaming (maybe VALORANT), and watching movies.

The og zs10 pro was my first iem :) few months later got the og olina and gave the kz to my friend as his first iem, had that for a year then got the og tangzu zetian wu and the Qudelix 5k, gave the olina to my friend as well, have been using zetian wu and 5k for more than a year now, hoping to get a new set at the end of the year the cklvx d41 is really intriguing me

For triple A gaming, which of the IEMs would you personally recommend? The KZ ZS10 pro and pro X are on sale on our country and I'm looking to get one myself. Thank you so much for this in depth review!

I have the ZS10 Pro X and Pro 2, the Pro 2 has got slightly better bass and a good imaging but for games like Apex and Valorant, I’d recommend the Pro X since hearing footsteps is the most important part. The only bad point is that it can get a bit muddy when too much things are going on (3rd party, Bangalore ult etc) but it’s the same for 99% of IEM’s on Apex. The Pro X is the better one for gaming imo

Is it possible for you get your hands on Meyer audio slt6 too? It's hella praised by tone deaf monk but i would love your take on it. & especially compare it with mega5est, io audio volare & canon 2?

Did you know there is a 30ohm version of the As16 Pro here in Asia? This happened after your video introducing the use of the impedence adapter.

On local online retailer called Tokopedia, I will try the shops, see if anyone has stock, I can do that, or I can buy you the second hand one and send it to you if you like. Like usual, the marketing department was asleep at the wheel, there was no news, they just did it, and people randomly bought that one, as opposed to another. You have to check the box to know which one you are getting, I think..

Does it reach more medium and high pitch than the pro, losing the bass? That's why I was in doubt, despite a newer model, I believe the pro works better for this purpose. What do you think?

Typical KZ - gain some, lose some. I think they use a random generator for tuning. It does throw lucky numbers sometimes and the strategy is perform more throws (create more models).

Still waiting for Dusk vs Hype 4!

Zsn pro 2 isn’t good at all compared to the original Zsn metal… literally the treble is like maxed out lol

my respect goes to tony akros for this episode of KZ, but it will be better if u state disclaimer whether u are sold ? unless why being fair the KZ IEM.
