WHAT KZ DID EVERY PERFORMANCE IS WAY BETTER THAN ANY THING THEY DID. FROM ROCK BALLAD JAZZ REGAE AND EVEN LEARNING OTHER LANGUAGE IN A SMALL SPAN OF TIME IS INSANE. It's now Feb 2024 and this performance still made me cry. I really felt the pain even though i don't speak chinese. KZ did a phenomenal job!

It's 2023 now and KZ's version still makes me cry. I don't know Mandarin but the emotion in the melody trancends in my soul.

I already watched it a thousand times but still watching this in 2021, who's with me? -- i can't understand the lyrics but still It made me emotional --❤️ I'm just so proud☺️😭

Listening it this time April 2022 and still this version of KZ really hits hard. I cant count how many times I cried for a song i didnt even understand. Great story teller. Youre such a talent!!

This song was requested by my classmates to our prof when were having mandarin class and our prof searched it on yt and made the whole class listen to it. And on that very moment this song was playing, I became very hooked because of how KZ sang the song soulfully. And from then on, it became my go-to song when I am sad. I've also watched this video many times because I love how KZ stirred the emotions of the Chinese people and brought most of them to tears knowing that they understand the lyrics better and KZ did conveyed it effectively by singing the song with so much emotions. Arghhh, I love KZ so much and in this kinda moment I am proud to say that I share the same race with her. 🇵🇭💞

1st day of 2024, but still watching this. Though I don't understand the language, but with the song's melody and KZ's way of singing it. I felt what she is trying to say. She's telling painful story through singing. I felt her pain. 😢

A song about pain transcends all language barriers...in the hands of a master story teller of course. KZ, my girl, I've been listening to this for years now and still it moves me to tears, thank you for your masterful performance, heck thank you for even daring to join this competition. Big thanks also to the Chinese people for letting our little star shine in your midst, we have our differences but I'm glad we could just put it aside and enjoy something together.

I dont understand the laungage but i felt and very much touched way it delivered bravoooo❤❤❤❤ i watched many times already

When Filipino Morissette Amon is a representative in Asian Music Festival 2019 and sang an emotional song in a few Korean (hangul) in the last part of that song and now this.. KZ in whole Chinese .. Filipino singers are so talented.. not only in singing.. they are very dedicated and passionate in their jobs. They gave 100% and always challenge theirselves to represent Philippines.

this only proves that music needs no specific language to get to one's heart and soul. words are just irrelevant. indeed, music is a universal language.
