I have the QQH version of this monitor. Maybe a price error but I got it for $42 at Christmas. Bought one for me and my son. We love them! Use them for DEX and the Switch.

What's cool about Samsung phones is you can screen mirror without restrictions. That's for every streaming app I tested even PPV sporting events. Tested on a projector many times when camping. Iphone you cannot it will prompt a restriction notice or it will stream without audio, black screen with audio only . I'm looking into this monitor instead of an iPad or galaxy tablet for camping . Thanks for the review.

Dex is super underrated, I game on my docked phone and tablet all the time. It's my portable emulation console with customized emulators and roms and launchbox.

I think a portable monitor makes a lot more sense as a companion to a proper laptop or PC handheld like you demonstrated a lot more than a companion to a phone. Also, I can't wait till we have portable monitors that can be powered by a built-in solar panel.

I have last year's model of this. It punches WAY above it's pay grade. 👍🏻

I did rock a portable monitor, keyboard, usb-c hub, and bluetooth mouse setup. I still prefer the Uperfect X14 Pro for the added convenience and how quick it is to setup and put away.

USB C can carry power as well as Display Port video which can use "compatibility mode" to do HDMI. The Dell one my work provided has been very nice to give power delivery on one side and my device on the other. My work docking station has a USB C port that has the Display Port icon above it to run one of these monitors. I have been looking at an Asus portable monitor for similar to this one, though that one has portrait sensors with a slight price bump.

Yeah, a much better option for me since I need my TrackPoint. Using laptops and lapdocks with just a touchpad drives me nuts.

Shane, I'm curious what keyboard that you're running in this video.

I'd love to see you review the portable smart monitor, with Android 9.0 so it can stream directly.

Love the dex demo... Have not used dex that much but with this kind of screen it could be interesting.. Is there a way to RDP in dex? Using my stationary on the move? Dex -> VPN -> Stationary... Getting access to my cad software on the fly

have a nexdoc i paid 250 for and it has a case and a magnet for you phone to attatch to the front although it is small and the color is not as accurate but for 250 im aint complaining.

Mate, I have a question. I bought similar keyboard for use with my new Fold 3 and I cannot figure out the key combination to use the number row. Please help me if you know! The instructions are trash and the Bowie (is that your brand?) Website support email bounced. If I cannot use numbers, keyboard is unusable. If you don't mind me asking do you still use this product to this day? And if you do have you had any issues with it at all? This thing is under $100 on Amazon right now and I'm considering getting it because it seems like an awesome deal but I'm worried if its longevity will be an issue.

It's actually been operating as my little brothers second monitor for a while now, no problems!

Could you pls give me information of the cable, my cable couldn't help on dex with only one cable but need more power supply.

I just want to know how much power is needed to turn it on? Can a usb c with a cigarette lighter power it up?

Does the arc mouse's scroll work OK in android. I tried it with the Duo and there are no increments or way to set them?

But what cables are included in the package?

What model does your computer recognize this monitor as? I bought the same one and it's supposed to be an updated version of their older model and the amazon page says its K3-2 but my computer shows it as K3-1.

Excuse me, a noob, but how would I be able to a use a keyboard with a portable monitor, am I able to use keyboards that come with a Bluetooth type c adapter?? I dont want to have to use my phones keyboard if I don't have to

just wondering did you remove my prev comment because it mentioned another brand's screen or something? just wondering cause i got a notification on that thread but it's now gone entirely. are we not allowed to do that or did KYY pressure you to remove mention of other brands?

might have been a youtube anti spam algorithm that did it then. it was a comment on how i had a similar setup with a 2560x1600 120hz screen from uperfect. some people asked me where i got it from and i said i just got it off amazon.

My 100W charger was reduced to 12W when it was passing through this monitor. Not terrible, not great.

I don't like including temporary coupon codes in the equation simply because they're temporary. When I've done it in the past, I've ended up with dozens of comments later about how the coupon is gone.

I had it, but color accuracy is lacking, brightness is also low not to mention there is latency problems as well. I returned mine. Yes the price is amazing but this is an unknown brand so dont expect quality products.

Good deal at the price range but I would not mind spending double the price for the more specked alternatives that has built in battery, higher resolution and touch screen. The Uperfict in the other hand is a total disappointment in my opinion especially for the price, it specked as the low end laptops without the processor!

No, it's just a monitor so anything with video out will work.

Nice laptop dock, very expensive though.

Not a fan of the origami type folding stands. I have an older one that collapses too easily. Recent one I moved to has a built in stand which allows it to be much thinner. It's from Uperfect and it's a frameless portable monitor that's not much more than this one.
