Kyung An on Do Ho Suh’s “Closet-I”

South Korean artist Do Ho Suh is a celebrated artist across various mediums but is best known for his large-scale installations re-creating his former residences from cities across the world. Like much of his work, the sculpture Closet-1 (2003) explores themes of home, displacement, and space.
