I remember a show before when Zhoumi was asked who among the other SJ-M members learned Mandarin quickly (with the exception of Chinese members), he said it was Kyuhyun but he got so confident that he started to bully the others who were falling behind. So this was what Zhoumi was talking about!😂

The actual golden maknae. Once a elf always a elf. Suju fought all adversity and came out winning. Such an inspiration. kyuhyun was in coma for 4 days. Doctors lost hope. Heechul almost lost his entire left leg.heechul lived with a rod in his left femur for years. Leeteuk got 150sutures frm same accident as kyu. People hate on suju for no reason. And only elfs knw how they made to what they are today. Proud of them.

Kyuhyun was a co-host on the show for several years and was really his big break into variety, besides what he did with SuJu. SNSD were the guests on one episode, and Goo Hara on a different one. On the SNSD episode, Jessica asked the writers of the show not to have the hosts ask her about her dating or relationships, which the writers ignored and put a question about it in the script, in which Kyuhyun read. Then asked about it a couple more times as the show continued, but stopped when Tiffany came in implying she would tell some things about Kyuhyun's relationships, and he got the message. In Goo Hara's episode, she started to cry from the questions being asked, but it wasn't Kyuhyun that started the questions to her, but people blame him for it anyway. Kyuhyun apologized profusely to both of them after their recordings, and he and Goo Hara became friends long before she passed away.

don't ever forget the hardships Kyu and SJ went through when SM decided to add him into the group. this is living proof of the brotherhood and friendship they've built thus far. just like how the Red Velvet members faced lots of hate from fans when Yeri joined, but I think we are lucky that RV debuted in a time where fans are a lot more positive and accepting than some of the older 2000s fans. Yeri would've been ripped apart and boycotted out like Kyuhyun was if she were to debut back in 2005. Let's keep the positivity going and cancel all haters!!!!

if anyone is wondering why I suddenly mentioned RV, it's because I want us older kpop fans to pass down the experience to any new fans about the 2 decades of how much kpop has changed. I wanted to use an older example and show that whatever happened today had happened before, and look at us now. Everything will be ok. SJ turned out wonderful, aging like fine wines and never losing their spark, and real ELFS never abandoned them. RV's stronger than ever, not having a care in the world. Just continue loving your biases and don't put down idols you dislike! we are all one happy kpop family

I don't know about RV themselves when Yeri first joined in, but Kyuhyun received a lot of hatred from not only the fans but also his own new members and his father's disapproval. He could joked about that with an easy smile now, but I'm pretty sure that time was very hard for him, with him being very new to entertainment industry (I think he said in Strong Heart that he only became trainee for two months before the manager told hom to sing a song and told him he's now the thirteenth member of SJ) and yet already had to face opposition from all side. He didn't even had a room or something to be his safe haven.
