Hello Sir, you did jyoti resins 2minutes analysis recently. Post that, i had a look at balance sheet and cash flow statement and found below: 1. Cashflow number is negligible and overall negative 2. 36% of total assets are receivables. Can this be a sign of revenue management and hence high return ratio of ROE are the above points RED FLAG? Please check stock again.

Another reason for disparity of incomes in India is the concentration of goverment offices in few cities. In UK every city has some gov office.

Talking of era of physical shares. Dad (passed away) bought 100 shares of ITC Hotels (now merged into ITC) through local broker connected to Bombay broker about 25 years ago. Delivered shares were sent to ITC Hotels for transfer and received back with error in name spelling. Sent them back to Company for correction; Company withheld them as they were made claim for by previous owner, saying fraudulently sold by broker. Despite numerous requests with proof of payment & contract etc, we were forced to go the whole rigmarole of complaints and courts. Court decided in our favor. Court yet to give process of execution order for attachment of Company property. How to calculate the value of loss till date incurred due to Company not adhering to proof provided by way of broker contracts etc. What recourse do we have now. What if the Company is re-split separating the ITC Hotels again. Kindly guide with your wide knowledge and experience. Can we complain to SEBI for faster remedy ?

Sir based on some brokerage assumptions zomato Roe is coming around 9 % in fy 26 and its trading around 40 pe on fy26 basis .. so shouod we assume market 8s assigning zomato a lower multiple bcoz of lower roe ..???

Sir Westlife Foodworld ka last year ROE is 22% but last 3-5 yrs is 2%. Stocks like Westlife in QSR are above 130 TTM PE. Growth in QSR is limited but the company is supposed to be good for long term. It is concentration of wealth that allows actual development. In past elder in family used to control, decide and distribute money, it allowed family pool money, purchase and deploy money when presented with opportunity. Same applies to conglomerates.

I keenly watch your answers to general knowledge questions, thanks a lot. My daughter & son (both majors & students) left for Europe on study purpose. When they were here around 3 years years back, I had opened demat accounts in their names and purchased shares for purely investment purpose (no intention of selling at all). I stopped purchasing shares once they left India as they felt its risky for them in Germany/ Italy as they may interfere with stipend/ scholarhips rules.
