Luis Ballester Llagaria he only cares about tennis when it’s a team match or if he’s playing the big 3

Nick lifts others energy. also is such a team player. he reads and responds to Alexs energy well. not only that, he was composed no matter the score, playing it 1 point at a time.

If he could muster that mental toughness every singles game he played, he'd be world number one in 2 months and stay there for years. He's the only guy on the tour capable of playing literally unbeatable tennis. He's his own worst enemy is all.

In doubles Kygios's mind game is so much better. He is just so chill even on match points.

plus he seems like a decent guy when it comes to how he treats his friends and family. His singles career is basically self-inflicted abuse. but when he's got a team or teammate counting on him to perform, he finds the focus he lacks in his singles game.

Best doubles match ever i think.

Probably my favourite match I've ever watched live. And even after countless highlight rewatches I still get the same sense of tension in that tiebreak.

Funny how nick doesn’t make a rant when he is playing doubles or such team games. He is focused and do his best.

De Minaur already has a good mentality for a bright future in the ATP.

I think it's still the most epic dramatic moment of the 2020 tennis season. I almost have tears in my eyes, it was that epic to me.

That missed shot at the net from Murray is the most choked shot of 2020. It is really ironic because he accused his ex-doubles partner John Peers of choking.

Completely disagree go watch the play again. That was not an easy shot. Was 3 feet away from the net and the ball bouced at the height of the net. Very hard shot to curl in at a high pace. Now he had the drop shot clear as day but its tough to make a drop shot off a quick reaction volley from kyrgios. Most choked shots of 2020 are anyone of the match points tsitsipas had against coric at us open. That was by far the biggest choke of 2020.

That’s such an asshole thing to say. I personally don’t watch doubles but I’m of the general mindset that if you something mean to say about someone else don’t say it on an interview with many watching.

This honestly was my favorite tournament of this year

I think Nick likes the team environment and performs best in that environment. I think he has a preference for a basketball feel of competition and the crowd
