もっとオフロードを満喫したい！　というオフロードフリークのさらなる想いを実現する荒地をものともしないダイナミックな走り、RCモデルとして高いドライバビリティを演出するために京商が出したひとつの答え、それが1/7スケールモデルです。これまであったビッグスケールモデルでは、その大きさのあまり走行場所の特定が難しいほか、操縦性もよく言えばマイルドな特性......実際にはやや緩慢さが気になるところでした。京商ではあらゆるシチュエーションを想定し、ビッグスケールがもつ所有感の高さ、ダイナミックな走り、そしてクイックかつ操縦しやすいという新たな要素、そしてお求めやすい価格帯を熟考し、この度スタイリッシュな1/7電動 2WDオフローダー「スコーピオンXXL VE」を誕生させました。 シャシーは完全新設計！　3mm厚アルミメインシャシーに樹脂製バーチカル・ツインフレームを採用。高剛性な車体を実現しました。また、十分なサスストロークを確保した上で、オイルダンパーのストロークをシンクロさせるために取り付け位置を下方に設けたフロント・ガルアームを採用。激しいラフロードで安定した走りが可能になります。リヤサスペンションは1/10オフロードモデルに多く見られるオーソドックスなタイプではあるものの、特に強度に着目し強靭なサスペンションとしました。フロントナックルはキングピンアングルを設定するほか、スモールスクラブとし、これまでのビッグスケールモデルとは一線を画す軽快なハンドリングを体感できます。

    I got one of these second hand the other day and I have to say I am Super Impressed with this car. I haven't owned a Kyosho since my Optima that I bought in about 1989 and still have to this day ha ha. I have put paddle tires on my scorpion and this thing is badass in the sand, love it (0:

    I have a scorpion xxl ve as the video it's so strong , relaiable and easy to deal with , but koyosho company need to spend more time on marketing , i hate hpi but i love there control on other hand in my opinion koyosho control not so good that's it , even if it old but as they sais old is gold .

    So True Man So True.. When I Read what you wrote it just Makes me think: WTF are The big K doing... All I do is look at is my retro 80's Optima's Ultima's and Javelins... And think Once how they Had it all.... and now V.little they Release makes me happy :( Love the GT series too and old pureten.. but as you said where are the Body's & other cool bits we all love? KYOSHO NEED TO DO SOME RE-RELEASES They should be employing people like us to Revive their Brand! Hopefully they get to the Top A.

    I Like It... BUT., I have been a Kyosho fan since the 80s and I'm tired to see this company spend so much time on minis and a few BL cars here and there. I would love to see Kyosho spending more time and money on the nitro on road and 1/8th GT cars. New cars, more parts, more pinion/spur options, better tires, MORE BODIES!! I mean, I love my GT2 but IT SUCKS to only have 4 bodies to choose from! I know Kyosho make a lot on MINI Z sales., but you forgot where you started, and the rest of us.

    lol its a ratrod baja . they have to add music to this because electric has no soul plain and simple , get a hpi baja stick a twin in it and you'll gather crowds

    GARBAGE! A ARRMA KRaton will eat this POS K Scorpion for breakfast. ARRMA ALL THE WAY, Kyosho is obsolete.
