I thought the nuts are torqued up before putting the outer casing on and you use the locking tool in the holes by the side of the fins to stop it rotating....or is it me?

Long winded and wrong tale the cover off it revels the drive and the fan part has 2 holes in it for a tool to undo

Oh no !!! You did a second part ... holy shit ! Everything the wrong way - as on part I. What should I say ? A strange wy to do ... may work but ... let me say it in a friendly way: Unconventionel. ;-)
