What is the size difference? As far as a taller person being comfortable....I don't want to feel like I am on a child's bike.....LOL.....I'm getting one in a week or so and cannot pick or choose the best for me....I am 6' tall.

No ,in India we don’t have restrictions of 400cc or above.. Tolls are free for scooters / motorcycles or two wheelers.. only few express ways don’t allow two wheelers..

If you are in India why did you mention the price in Pesos?
