The Chanel one is not a vintage piece. A vintage piece is something that is 20 years old and up. The bag is a more current piece, definitely not 20 yrs old or older. It's also not a WOC. The strap of WOC's are usually held by a leather piece inside the flap of the bag and not through a hole, and usually very thin with a built-in card compartment inside. I believe this is a mini Trendy CC flap.

You’re right, it’s not vintage but it is a WOC. It’s another version of a Chanel WOC that was first released in the fall 2016 collection. It goes through the hole because of the Trendy CC Bar which is included in all the Trendy bags and Trendy WOCs.
Not a fan but so far I like her taste in bags ☺
