Watching from Canada. This has to be one of the best documentaries that I have ever watched. Well researched, perfectly edited, exceptional photography, and a beautiful love story that made me laugh, made me cry, then uplifted my emotions. My everyday problems don't seem very important when I reas what this couple have gone through. Thank you ABC for this gem. And all the best to the family.

Fantastic episode - thank you! Great to hear that Kylie escaped Iran and is now living a good life in Melbourne. What an awful experience she went through.

I remember watching Kylie's interview on 60 Minutes more than a year ago. It's terrible that she endured so much in the last couple of years. Seeing this video makes me really happy for her. She has a beautiful family. I wish her and her family the very best in life. 😊❤

So happy for this couple and their loved ones. Stable and steady isn't "boring". It gives one a chance to look around and enjoy the ride.

This is a wonderful story. They both deserve happiness. But my favorite has to be Anya, what a wonderful and mature girl. Loved the way she expressed herself and her positive feelings.

its not easy to trust again , have a relationship again, let go of the past, crawl out of depression, anger issues, come out of the bitterness. it takes a lot of courage, stability of mind to outgrow all of this. im glad these two people had the courage to give themselves another chance at life. Wish them nothing but Happiness.

Kylie Moore-Gilbert's book The Uncaged Sky is an important read that perhaps gives some clues as to her extraordinary forbearance.. such as continuing a relationship after his initial dreadful gaffe!. I imagine hearing a comment like that could have sent her into disocciation for the rest of that date. I wish this documentary had explored more from her how she dealt with that.

I generally visit Melbourne once a year and remember in 2020 being so disappointed not to hear Sami Shah hosting the breakfast slot anymore. He was the perfect heir to Red Symons. He and his first wife must have something very special about them because they raised Anya to be so wise, mature and open.
