I was 13 when this song came out and it brings alot of nostalgia. I'm now married for nearly 20 years with two kids of my own. Love my wife as much as the day I met her and with the two boys life can't get any better. I wouldn't change a thing.

How lucky indeed we were as so many others reflect on these massages. PWL the "Gifts" they gave us!! That's why in this odd summer of 2024 so many of us are watching stuff from way back.. Agree with the person whom said 1988, 1989 & 1990 best years of their life. Mine too! These 2000's may have the technology now, and we have on phones the joy of watching things like this. The slower pace of life was richer somehow. Perhaps? One things for sure, songs and videos like this one made memories for the summer, and certainly back then the summer's weren't as odd as this one is . That's for sure! Me to I would love to go back to my teenage years because the songs were fantastic then. And the 80s and genre were and still are fantastic.

Love this song of hers! Heard it when I went to Australia, some radio stations used to put this one a lot, and it was the same period I found out that she has classic singles, like I really didn’t know she sang before 1999-2000 lol Love you Kylie! 💙

This and better the devil are my favourite kylie songs.

This song makes me cry when I think about my first true love and how things could have gone if not for my own immaturity. Him and I still great friends all these years later though, and now I have the first truly good boyfriend I've ever had (the other guy and I decided it was better not to date each other because I valued his friendship and didn't want to risk ruining it in a relationship that would likely go wrong). I wouldn't change a thing in the decisions I made.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I was a teenager through most of the 1980's, bought many records before and after from rock, pop, hip hop/electro, country and classical...1989 was the pinnacle of pop music, in the UK at least, literally something for everyone. If you was around at the time and was old enough to remember songs like this and many others then consider yourself very fortunate.👍
