my fav part of watching your channel is seeing the kids grow up and to see the new babys come

Remember if it's not sprained it's twisted or it got hit really bad it depends what it is hit really bad 1 hour a ice 2 days if twisted couple of weeks if spring if broken you're screwed he'll take a couple of months if broken take my advice
