Ed Reed based on a whole career is yes. But if look at the combine stats aka weight/height/skillset. And his constantly fluctuating body weight. Sean T was just hitting his stride tbh

Idk Kyle doesn't have troys athletic twitchiness. Imo he's more honey badger the game. Tyrann started off as slot db. But if look at what Hamilton was tasked to do. Their games are more alike.. At least the game or two I saw he knows when to just wrap up or go for the heavy hitter

I can see Dawkins, that man was legit himself from those Phillies top 10 defense days under Jim Johnson.. they bring up his versatility. Based on scouting reports. A bigger Tyran Mathieu . Both are versatile, plus Mathieu has the west n tear of a veteran. So last year's highlights of the badgers might seem slower I guess idk, look further back. Hamilton got that safety size though naturally.

He is shades of Derwin James. Do it all player.

Idc what anyone says Sean Taylor. Ran a 4.51 forty at 230 plus. And look up his measurable before his time came; His listed playing weight was around 217 ish. Sean T was his just hitting his prime like most of them do after the rookie deal is over.. not knocking Hamilton. But I always find it Ludacris that these media outlets - are always in these anchors ears saying stuff like - LeBron LeBron. It's obvious they know Sean T the goat at db. Randy Moss said it in a interview, Sean T a freaking safety was Moss's toughest matchup. I'm a Canes fan. But can't knock hid hustle. Just I irritating like woody Johnson the classic armchair player

This is ridiculous. Ed Reed was an 8 time all-pro and DPOY. Taylor in his 3rd season made the pro bowl as an alternate. Taylor was a talented safety with potential and then he was killed and then he became this legend that people always overrate

@@ok_but_why I agree that Ed Reed and Sean Taylor are not in the same league when it comes to resume. But the league was stacked at Safety when Sean was playing and he was coming into his own. But I wouldn’t dare call him overrated in any sense. Maybe you shouldn’t compare him to Ed Reed or Troy, but Sean Taylor made his mark on the NFL in very short order and was on his way. Go back see how he struck the fear of God in Terrell Owens when they were in the same division. He was Troy and Ed put into a 6’2” 217lbs frame and hit like a dump truck, had great range, while having high Football I.Q. He just didn’t have enough time with us to take that leap into superstar status (in terms of on the field achievement).

@@Themikelawry ehh. No matter what Washington does, they’ll find a way to screw things up, even in one of the worst divisions in football. Haven’t found a way to be relevant competitively since the early 90s. From a football perspective, that franchise is a disaster. From a culture perspective, it’s somehow even worse. Wishing you the best but being in the DMV for most of my life, I feel bad for those fans.
