Congrats! I am a R.N. Does she have a date set to take the NCLEX yet? I do a review course and many times if a person doesn't know the answer-tell her to pick C.. In Nursing everything isn't in Black or White. You need to think in the Grey area. When she gets a question- all the answer are right.She just has to pick the best answer. If she gets a hard question, tell her to reason it out by process of elimination.From the most righ to the least right. (If that makes any sense.) Good Luck.

Thanks so much!! I will definitely pass that along. I haven't heard a test date yet. Shes a tech at a hospital & June 2 shell bea nurse. She'll probably have to get used to saying "ill be your nurse tonight" instead of tech lol. Three of my cousins are nurses, one since 1978 & now I can officially say my daughter is a nurse. @@michelleallred8521 I am an RN, BSN. My older Brother ia a lot older than me by almost 16 years. (I was the mistake.) LOL He is an Interventional radiologist. He does surgery 2x a week and the other 3 days he reads x-rays, Mri's and CT scans. His Wife was a NP working in the Orhto unit but then retired but kept her license as they had 4 Daughters. One Daughter is an MD in Virgina, 1 is a BSN in an ICU setting going for her NP. The 3rd one just entered Nursing school and the youngest wants to got to Medical school to be an MD in Psych. I was like OMG. He and his Wife are paying them to go thru school so they have 2 left to keep paying for. When I went to school I worked 2 jobs and went to school. Nobody gave me any $$$. I got my ASN then worked a few years and went back for my BSN. You must be so proud of her. I jsut always thought why don't hospitals have a daycare in them so Nurses could bring them to work for the ones who work 7am-7pm. That would be good until they started Kindergarden, so at least they couls work 4 years knwing their kids are right downstairs. Especially for Moms that breast feed..One hopital I did my training in had a McDonalds in the lobby and another one had Subway...things don't add up here.

Kyle TOTALLY creeps me out, big time!! I am not American ( I am Canadian) and for him to say Americans dress like he does on a date is absurd! I'm not saying he has to wear a suit, but dress pants and a dress shirt would be normal. OMG and the way he eats is disgusting, my 4 year old grandson doesn't eat like that. MS in mental health counseling here, everybody likes to talk about narcissistic like a buzz word. The truth is we all have narcissistic traits it just depends on how many and those who always act like a victim of many supposed narcissists tend to be the most covert narcissist of them all. That being said once you know how narcissists are it's pretty easy to deal with them. Basically just pretend to act very self-centered and they will go away because they don't like that. Boundaries do not always work with them. Now if you meet somebody who is antisocial personality disorder or is a sociopath you need to run because they really are very difficult to use boundaries with and if you act self-centered towards them they're not going to care.

Counseled a lot of guys with dark triad traits who were locked up. (I do not suggest doing the above with a therapy client of course, but more so if you are for instance, dating and someone won't go away, make your schedule really full, be very self focused where you have no time, the narc will go away).

Nah he’s right about Americans not liking to dress up lol. I live here and they wear pajamas out in public frequently, dress very casually to church, sometimes even weddings. They barely dress up to nice restaurants either only if there’s a strict dress code policy otherwise they’d wear jeans and flip flops everywhere. That’s not everyone in the us of course but more so than other countries.

Well I don’t live in the ghetto and I see this behavior all the time from all different environments so I’m not sure where you’re getting that from. Americans are super relaxed when it comes to dressing formally as compared to many other cultures (which I’ve also traveled and seen myself).

Counting, not picking up on social cues, controlling, admitting not having feelings for others - all of these things are signs of a neurological disorder such as social pragmatic disorder or autism. He definitely has some issues. Hopefully he gets help.

The way he showed up 🤮 there is absolutely no way he’s from California, yes Europeans might dress up more, but in CALIFORNIA in particular you would NEVER show up looking like that for a date or to even meet a potential partner and if you did, a woman would find an excuse to leave the date asap First impressions are everything!

Expectations are simply our personal standards. It’s reasonable to expect your date to have washed and wearing clean clothes, to eat like an adult, to hold adult conversations, not talk about losing points or telling her how to dress for the next date. Those are very very basic expectations. Everyone, set your standards when dating. Know your minimum and if they don’t meet those, it’s ok . You’re just not compatible.

Well I’m an American from New York and we have fashion week here as well. In fact New York is one of the fashion capitals of the world. He must be from middle America somewhere cuz ugh. He’s slovenly and gross on so many levels.

I also noticed she said the word "love" and "how do I get away from this guy" in the same sentence. I don't watch this show but Kyle is using points for everything his date does that he likes and awards them with a hug, then a kiss then 1st base etc..? I am 1st generation American. I dress for the occasion. You only make a 1st impression one time and he blew it. Then to be cringe and tell her to wear her hair in a ponytail? That is very controlling.
