It’s not like its founding was entirely due to Twitch banning an unlicensed crypto gambling site which has its “headquarters” in a small building in Curaçao to bend protective & regulating laws to their advantage where they then still wanted a way to acquire new gamblers so they made a Twitch clone that even still pays Amazon for its video streaming tech to operate while then not having any ads for sustainability, gives streamers a non-sustainable split, has a ToS where it’s inconsistencies & leniencies are worse than Twitch which only attracted those banned elsewhere & those pushing the limits on how terrible one can be while still having a platform, etc. where the only thing Kick is doing for them is to benefit Stake with newly addicted gamblers (one of, if not the #1, most suicide-prone & life-destroying addictions)… right? Oh, wait.

That’s like comparing a strip mall that has some stuff you like & some stuff you don’t like to something that’s more like doing business in a back alley where the entire way it’s able to exist & how it operates is at a much greater compromise morally & socially.

Also, I still said it was like a strip mall… nobody really likes strip malls & would likely prefer something else. Kick is, at its core purpose & with recent activity, worse off in this regard comparatively.

@@bilbonuggs1567 you do realize you’re taking the same amount of evidence (which is pretty much zero hard evidence provided publicly on either side of things, currently) and self-deciding just as much as those that choose to trust her… but you’re instead choosing not to trust her. You can’t just say the equivalent of “oh there’s no proven facts for any of this so we can’t trust anyone” (which is fair) and then in the next sentence say “they just want attention & drama” as if there’s any evidence to the contrary of what she said (which there also isn’t.) You can’t make a determination after saying nobody can determine what’s the truth at this point. You really only accomplished showing people you have a bias, for some reason.
