Osman Noor Ahmed represented the Kyabazinga at a thanksgiving Mass and the Launch of the Innovative and Creative education program at Holy Cross Lake View S.S.S Jinja that has seen Holy Cross Lake View S.S.S partner with its Alumnus Dr. Muwanika Idiobe to the strengthen the yearly Science Fare program of the school tailored to mentor student’s gifts and capabilities in science and innovation.
After completing his primary education, Dr. Jdiobe attended HCLV in Jinja, Uganda, from 2008 to 2013, where he pursued his “O” and “A” levels. As a member and president of Lwanga House, Dr. Jdiobe actively participated in extracurricular activities, including student leadership and the Red Cross club, which helped him develop valuable skills and fostered a sense of community engagement and social responsibility.
Dr. Muwanuka Diobe Uganda’s rising star in aerospace engineering, who is a product of the science fare program at school, supported by his science teacher mentor, Mr. Wante Erisa who supervised his project that became bird learning to flying in the air and now he has achieved his Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University at the age 29. Mr. Emmanuel Epau who was involved with student run business projects while in school under the mentorship of Mr. Ijonai Emmanuel, graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from St. Edwards University in Texas.
These students and many others are a testament of the fruits of Holy Cross Education that prepares citizens for better times than ours.
