I wish everyone gets a lover like Tate who stood by her side from the beginning, he taught her to read, write and publish her books at last ... even while lusted for her, he resisted unlike chase who looked for every opportunity to devour her flesh, for that he even booked a motel and hunted down her virginity .

I found it interesting that Daisy was cast as Kya given the obvious similarities to Normal People on the boyfriend angle. Tate and Connell are good guys but bloody hell they drove me mad with their betrayals of Kya and Marianne. TBF Tate only screwed up once!

it’s a normal “problem” with movies that the actors are too old for the characters but the actors are usually amazing and they make it work. It’s the same thing with hunger games.
