Thanks a lot for deciding not to get the car wash done at service center. There are complaints of minor scratches over the body because of the shabby clothes they use to wipe multiple cars. There can be particles that stick to them and the workers won't care about it. Similar scratching issues even while they prep new vehicle's prior to customer delivery/collection.

I've completed 7000k on my TATA NEXON EV XZ + July 2021 model , so far no issues , service center changed engine mounting clamp this was done by TATA as preventive measure during second service yesterday...it seems the bolts broken in some EVs.

I have got serviced my car in 2014 at jaika motors nagpur, they treat you well and are very serious people.

The reason for preferring regular charging over fast charging is to prolong battery life. the faster you charge the batteries get more heated. Though the battery pack will have provisions for heat dissipation, but still batteries will get heated. After all battery stores energy via chemical reaction, and regular exposure to high temperature reduces it effectiveness sooner than later. So slow charging is better, especially in Indian climate conditions.

yes very true. we should only fast charge if we are going on long trips .otherwise slow charging at home is best. the more we fast charge battery,the sooner its load holding capacity will reduce just like our mobile phones

35K done in my vehicle. There is kat - kat sound coming everytime motor switches from power to regen mode and regen to acceleration mode. This problem is there from 5K kms itself. I'm sure many are facing this issue.

Subsidy is only for first1000 cars, at these time there is no Rto and registration charges on EV in Delhi

Electric car mein gearbox oil hota hey per woh 20 25000 kilometers tak change karne ki jaroorat nahi hoti. Coolant bhi hota hey battery cooling ke liye

Also battery comes with 8 years or 1,60,000 kilometers whichever is earlier warranty so you don’t have to worry. Battery is water proof but that does not mean you drive through 2 feet deep under bridge. These batteries are made of individual cells and only few cells go bad which can be replaced at a reasonable cost and your battery becomes brand new . Worst case scenario you can use this battery for power storage at home with solar panels for many many years . EVs are in operation since 2008 in current form and 98% plus are still running on original batteries.
